Dear Bryan:

SI MUST correct its server problems immediately.

The site has become a constant source of annoyance
for me and I am positive that legions of other
members feel exactly the same way. I have seen
various and sundry comments along these lines
all over SI---some in not very delicate terms.

GNET can certainly afford to take care of its
problems and get it accomplished in a timely fashion.

This has gone on for far too long and I urge you
to make it a top TOP priority.

It is unseemly to take the money of new members and
provide such poor service. Even those of us who paid
nothing or much less than new members to join deserve consideration since,
without the SI community, there would be no SI.

While I appreciate your p mails and other attempts
to assuage the growing dissatisfaction, I can only tell
you that now is the time for action and not words.

I'm sorry to have to engage in what might be seen as
a tirade, but this needs to be said and I thank you
for your attention, and more importantly, for your
anticipated immediate action.
