Renowned Chef Charlie Trotter Endorses Use Of Cuisine Solutions for Large Volumes
ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Speaking to a room filled with large volume foodservice providers at a celebrity chef tasting event in Chicago on December 14th, Chef Charlie Trotter recommended attendees use Cuisine Solutions for their large volume events. Chef Trotter discussed his interest in the perception of sous vide cooking in the United States. The menu included Hot Smoked Salmon Terrine with Lucine Olive Oil and Myer Lemon Juice; Chilean Sea Bass with Ginger-Soy-Hijiki Sauce and Buck Wheat Soba Noodles; Duck Breast with Foie Gras Tortellini, Chanterelle Mushrooms and Consomme and more.
