>when OpenAvenue goes public< The LA Times article confirms SBAS 47% ownership of OpenAvenue, Stowe said in a recent interview, a 20% ownership of OpenAvenue was in a trust for the benefit of SBAS shareholders. I knew SBAS had a controlling interest in OpenAvenue just couldn't find the percentage.
