Potashner is a VERY saavy businessman. He would only sell something that has no future. All of S3's divisions have VERY bright futures. Spinoff is the name of the game. S3 is going to spin off some divisions, no doubt about it and S3 will realize some VERY attractive gains. BTW, WSJ is a rag.
