Thanks for the information. I agree that this is a sad investment to date but am hopeful for a comeback. It's a sound concept (plus my basis is much lower than yours).

If it makes you feel any better I've had worst investments, I sold at a loss only to have the company bought out in 6 months and could have doubled my money. Oh well its only money.

Re: the proposal, I feel its in everyone's best interest to recapitalize in Deleware and I certainly agree with you that they should drop the controversial provisions. I understand
why they want them but if they are getting in the way of the new corp and some serious cash inflows they should drop them.

I too haven't heard anything about Friday's meeting. If I do I'll pass it on.
