Netconductor: Lehman call on Korea, CMGI vs Softbank

An interesting post by "Jorge" on the Korea board:

by Jorge:
Mohan...Long time no see...I haven't talked to you for many moons when I used to frequent the DELL board often..It's good to see a familiar face.

I recently went long on KOREA, as I believe if MSFT and MOT see potential in this company I think I should too...I also liked all the positive things Lehman had to say, as well as the company's stellar Qtrly. results nnounced yesterday..That was the "convincing" evidence that urged me to go long.

In regards to Lehman's strong statements and bullish price targets, I wonder why on Level 2 you could see LEHM
selling all day long..I'm not sure they ever were buyers today...It makes me wonder if they didn't pull the classic
pump 'n dump...It seems they would have been aggressive buyers--like they were recommending everyone else to do????

What do you think about today's selling by Lehman (LEHM)?

Just a note of caution.

BTW: Everyone was urging Malcolm to sell CMGI and buy more Softbank back when CMGI was 120 and Softbank was about 50K Yen, as I recall. I was the one opinion to the contrary (e.g., to hold CMGI). Looks like short term, anyway, I was right... (One of the few times, but let me savor it!)
Of course both companies are excellent and will do well.. Disclaimer: I have no shares of CMGI either. Sold all of mine last April. (Those who can do, those who can't, teach!)

BTW2: I also did buy into Korea.thrunet (also PCCLF and Hartcourt)
