sergio, i have not bought yet. price is holding steady @ $9.00/sh (1030EST 21APR97). i read an article about them in IBD about 1 yr. ago & really liked their product. haven't checked EDGAR yet. guess i should. i think their webpage is "www.nexarpc.com"(forgive me, i don't know how to create links). i think it's worthwhile looking into,based purely on their product line. keep me posted on any info you find. profits to you, bryan
