I see what you mean. But when a society is made up of 90% of one faith, it's bound to happen. (the drowning out part I mean).

It doesn't mean you can't celebrate in accordance with your faith if you choose. I have Jewish friends who maintain their own customs amidst all the Xmas hoopla. The way I see it, if it's important enough to you, you will find ways to do it.

I would certainly never blame another faith for a lack of commitment to my own.
