C'mon Michael, you know that wasn't intended to you personally,(I didn't even notice yours, actually) it was a comment on the overall abundance during the last couple of days and particularly this morning, when it lost any real feeling of sincerity, and took on a sort of clubby, exclusive feel. The same people repeating it to each other over and over, when surely once would suffice.

I am certainly not a pagan, and am very active in church, but we have always celebrated not just Christmas, but ALL other holidays of the season here, SOlstice and midwinter festivals --- a very eclectic mix. I don't think Del should demean the religious holiday, but I thought MM was out of line telling him to leave the thread.
