There is now so much fear in networking stocks, this make them good buys. Intel's action will only speed up transition to higher speed networks, which will be good for COMS,USRX, and CSCO. Intel is not the most efficient manufacture of networking gears, and I doubt that it will get much out of it rather than promoting its new microprocessor chips. Most Wall Street analyst do not know much about technologies, and when they hear winds they will predict it will rain heavily. However, not every winds will lead to rain. With the current valuation of COMS,USRX, CSCO,..., there are no better technology stocks than those. In 6 months to a year, there should be 50-100% appreciation in those stocks. |
