Merry Christmas to you, Coby. Truly. But you don't need to say that to me as I'm not interested. It is a day to me when people celebrate an event that didn't happen on that day because some powers-that-be wanted to pick a day and figured picking that one would appease the natives. Silly to me, but clever. And the world, or parts of it, go wild with credit cards and mass comsumption. I have never enjoyed this time more than this year when I am blissfully very out of it. That on some day, some year, the one you consider your savior was born, I am glad, and would say something. Really though I'm not sure what to say about a made-up day. I don't mean to be rude, Coby, and I'm sorry if it sounds that way. I'm excited about the change of the season and year. That's an actual event. If it doesn't interest someone.. so be it. But I'm not interested in being involved with someone's religious event. I'm happy for them, but why would I pat them on the back and tell them I'm glad? I'm thinking much too aloud.
