The trouble with this sort of article Alex is that it ignores the thrust of the announcement by the 15 CBs - which drove the price up - also Congress has shown itself to be anti the original IMF proposal. So it seems to me that the conspiracy types seize only on one side of this issue and ignore any evidence to the contrary. I find myself wanting to believe some of this stuff - but keep balking when I see so many one sided articles.
