Brad, Rich didn't say any more about the NAVY, other than he gave them a presentation on the static bags. My understanding is the NAVY had made a decision to use the bags prior to the problem with the valve leakage when AIRP was transitioning to production. I have no information on a NAVY decision to use them at this time.
