Dell is working here, too. Shows first break above 49 at 15:15. Showing 49 11/16, currently. If it's still misbehaving, try changing the time frame to a non standard interval, like 9 minutes. I've heard this can get it "unstuck." It could be a cache problem.

QPnF was blinking madly for a long time after the announcement. But the main Qcharts program has continued working without a hitch for me today.
