Steve, RE:"The poor decisions started in September, and won't end until the change"... Actually, the poor decisions started when Andy Grove retired and paranoia was replaced by arrogance and complacency. Not to mention the flock of Peter principle candidates that have been recently elevated to key positions, like Otellini. Andy would have seen this coming and at least had a 133 MHZ chipset available...
