This Lessig guy is the one that wrote in an email that he had sold his soul to the Devil by installing IE.

In the article above, its clear that Microsoft cited two more very public incidences, one a radio broadcast, where his bias is abundantly clear.

Yet the Judge finds no reason to believe that Lessig is biased?

It is incredible that a two-bit judge is able to hold such an important part of the technology industry at ransom like this. After the case is settled, I think there needs to be an amendment to the laws that bar such absolute power from a Judge like this. Perhaps something along the lines of "if your objections get overruled 3 times in a row, you are allowed to present your case to a different judge and see if he agrees/disagrees with the objections. If he disagrees with the objections, a mistrial is declared. If, however, he agrees, then you may risk being declared to be in contempt of court."
