And Intel will be demoing a 1 GHz Coppermine this February in public, instead of in a "pwivate" (tm. Paul Engel) setting like AMD's 900 MHz demo.

Speaking of standards, I guess AMD's "standard seventh-generation technology" is similar to Intel's "standard sixth-generation technology." I don't think you want to know what Intel's standard for real "seventh-generation technology" is, because if it boggles the minds of Intel-a-bees, imagine what it will do to the minds of AMDroids like yourself. (Whoops, I meant to say "Mysef.")
