I need a TALK target - usually I will sell just as the CNBC guest is getting introduced - but not only is this "happy after-hours", its "AMATEUR HAPPY EVER AFTER HOURS". How do you set targets when you're in the twilight trading zone??

TALK is gonna show an EPS for '99 of around $0.90 this year. Price to sales looks to be about 2 (based on 3rd qtr. sales).
Sales growth >20%, mean estimated EPS for 2000 = $1.21 (a 37.5% growth vs. this yr.).

Lets see, 37.5 growth rate X .9 = $33.75 Traditional fair value.
Now, we got to raise target because:
- its a dot com
- its amateur hour end of yr madness
- 5 yr. sales growth rate = 69.6%
- Industry PE = 29.8
- Industry ave. Price to Sales = 10.47 (TALK = around 2)

I'm not going to post what it should be trading at to be fairly valued with its peers....but its safe to say its undervalued!!!!!

Not a recommendation to buy, do your own DD....yada, yada, yada

Jerry (who's not feeling so bad for dumping some GEEK for TALK before close).
