Sigh... ok, lots of people here like itra, I don't really but thats ok, I've been wrong before. Here is my understanding of what itra is doing - how is this different from what you see please? Cmrc releases new software, say twice a year to their customer base. Itra delivers the software for a fee. Itra does not receive $$ every time a cmrc transaction is fulfilled - cmrc does. Commerce holds the entire value proposition. Hoffman has an investment in itra and wants to promote the company and it might be worth an investment on that promise alone... or because itra is undervalued by about 30% compared to others in their space... but other than that what do you see here?
