Unfortunately, I don't have a history of casual affairs to remember. I am just trying to get people who have had such affairs to relax and enjoy them. I think it is pitiful that you regret your roguish ways. Many religious leaders (David, Mahomet, Buddha) were sexual active when they were young. They got over it, I guess. You should try to enjoy life as it is actually lived. I wish you peace.
