I'm surprised by the announcement for next quarter. But I have to believe that the Palm IPO will be a buffer on the downside. My question to you Bill is what valuation do you assign the ADSL/Cable modem portion of the business. It seems much like the big 28.8K modem upgrade cycle, we are in a new cycle for these modems.
