There isn't a Naz BP for right now (in discussion) but the OPTI, Optionable BP, measures a big portion of the Nasdaq stocks. My guess is the Naz BP wouldn't be much different than the OPTI. Also, the OTC which is Over the counter stocks, High Low chart is negative too.

See, just because the Nas itself rallies doesn't mean that every stock in that market rises. It only has to be a few that are taking the Nas to new highs. That is how people get stuck and wonder why they aren't making money when the market "looks" so good.

The PnF indicators tells you what is really going on behind the scenes. I think though DWA will get a Nas BP going at some point. There has been discussion about it.

The NYSE BP also has Nas stocks in it by the way.
