Eric, I understand your cynicism. The bottom line is that these are incredible times and there is no reason not to take advantage of them if one is fortunate enough to do so. The good news is that these times may last for years. If there is no new revolution after the internet, I will be surprised. Throughout history, there have been seismic shifts: the printing press, the railroad, the pc, etc. Of course we are very fortunate to be participating in this one. I am finding myself contributing to charities as I have never done before. Is that such a bad thing?
