If it is on Yahoo and not publically available, then that is a serious problem. Whoever reported that will be gone after by the SEC and the Feds, pretty much either way it should be investigated, as this is happening way too much these days. The SEC is serious and will prosecute as we have seen as late. 1) All information has to be publically available to all in a public forum 2)If it is real then it is inside information if not publically avail. Seems very strange and you can't trust yahoo as far as you can throw it. Give me the link from the poster on Yahoo(where YOU got it), I will forward it to the proper authorities.
