Well, I won't get in the way of your righteous anger, Alexander, But I was a Service Worker and worked hand in hand with Home Health for my elderly clients and they were a wonderful, caring bunch of nurses, who did what they could within the guidelines of their jobs. They-- and I-cared very, very deeply. I also was a psych major- and didn't learn anything like what you are talking about at any time. ANd trust me on this!!! People don't go into Social Services for the money. I think you have been hurt and I am sorry, but I think you are unfair to the many who are out there struggling with an inadequately funded and overwhelmingly difficult job for little reward (more often abuse).
