Mr. Richard Kantor reports
Champion Bear Resources has completed the private placement of 424,837
flow-through common shares and 40,000 common shares at a price of 55 cents
per share for proceeds of $225,660. Proceeds from the issue will be used to
finance Champion Bear's exploration and development expenses including the
drilling program, which is scheduled to commence during the first week of
January on the company's Iron Mask property, followed by a drilling program
on the company's Eagle Rock property. The drill targets on the properties
are platinum, palladium, gold, copper and nickel prospects.
