If Ubarter is purchased by Shopnow.com for 45 million & their UBTR outstanding shares are 6-7 million ? That would mean the stock value should be between 6-7 dollars per share. If the stock is trading under $5, isn't this a steal buying UBTR stock. Can anyone sort this out & tell me what the value of stock should be if this deal goes through. HELP!!!
