As you should: they've well-rewarded you so far.

I would caution you, Robert -- and you seem like a nice guy from your posts -- that greed will be the undoing of many "investors" (quotes needed, as I'm sure you realize) in this final parabolic blow-off.

History shows that, in times like this, buying every dip (in selected stocks...guess which) is rewarded...until that "last dip," which isn't, of course, in retrospect, a "dip" at all. Instead, it's a slide toward more historical valuations.

The slide is usually halted, briefly, by a last (seen only in retrospect) "sucker rally."

That's when everybody throws their last money on the greed fire. Only to see it burned.

It's interesting to read how many posters say: "I'm safe...I have 'tight stops in place'." But it's not the stops that will preserve your capital; it's the decision to "not buy the last dip" and to bank your gains that will save you.

They don't ring a bell at the top. I wonder how many of these giddy investors, trained like Pavlov's dogs, will chose to bank remarkable gains, rather than chase the inevitable downward trend.

Very few, I'd guess. Very few. The cheerleaders -- and we know who they are -- will pump to the end. And the "end" will come; though any sane observer will consider it merely normal and natural and long-overdue.

Best,

Doug
