What it means to me is that analysts are still predicting strong growth for USRX, the 1997 PE is about 13 and the stock is still grossly undervalued.

The merger is proceeding but still needs stockholder approval. I would assume this approval is going to happen, and USRX will be dragged down with 3COM's sagging business.

A pity, since USRX should be trading in the 80's now, even in this horrific climate of networking carnage.
