Hi, I'm new here. There was an enthusiastic write-up in today's Washington Post about CC's entry into the DC market. The stock price sure is depressed - is this because of dilution of the stock, reg. S, insider selling, or what? Seems like a winner here but I don't want to pay too much. A buck and small change is only cheap if there are earnings of a dime or so minimum. I own DRNK and they are a solid little company with steadily growing earnings. I like the idea of ORBITZ but what are the financials like? Couldn't find any SEC filings or recent earnings reports.
