JP Morgan has almost $1.9 B invested in Lucent. It's hard to see how they benefit from a negative report. Unless they plan on buying more. Probably correct IMHO. A couple of big clients who want to get into Lucent because it has been lagging NT & CSCO as of late. Buying and selling based on brokerage up/down grades is surest way to lose money in this "fish in a barrel" market! Don't give JP a second thought even if we get a blip here.
