Is there really any significance warranted with Bay's coming-out party on May 5? Unless May 5th brings substantive announcements or radical changes, won't this be merely a routine event? Why weren't announcements made at the time of the recent earning release? Think about it. Whatever is announced on May 5th, how will shareholders be informed?

In the recent third fiscal quarter earnings release, the narrative made reference to the adverse effect on revenues of seasonal factors.
In the first fiscal quarter Form 10-Q, seasonal factors were also cited as having an impact on revenues. Is it really possible to have 50% of a fiscal year impacted by seasonal factors? Should intelligent shareholders really believe this? The bottom line is that Bay reported another lousy quarter.

Please, there is no need to respond to me. My comments are just offered for thought. I am a shareholder.
