Maybe there is another corporation like WOTD out there that would like to tap into CVIA resources. If they could gain control of CVIA they could have their way with our resources. If I saw that our BOD was caving in to such a move I would bail in a heartbeat. I don't even want to think about a repeat of those events. Tim
