G'day all - on the CLFY deal, like most of the other recent deals [not BAY though,] it is a range. To be fair, it was not entirely a bargain when the deal was first announced. But then, NT is buying a #2 guy in that sector and certainly she will have to rely on the existing management expertise since CLFY is a bit off the beaten path from NT's core competencies. I would venture to say no one has expected NT got so hot after the deal was announced. So, all in all, I can live with that.

To put things in to perspective, one is a lot better off buying NT than buying COMS [as of yesterday!] That proves one of my recent adopted rules of thumb is correct. Management is an important element and thus far Mr Roth has been doing the right things - so there is no reason to be a backseat manager <G>
