TM: i saw on a related list yesterday (can 't remember who to credit) of top 'hits' that the music category is about #7 in terms of what folks are buying online this year. Today is the close of buying so maybe next week some preliminary sales figures might be released OT - i don't buy retail; this is just my xmas play. CDNW was the first company i thought of (at least their branding is successful) and i bought on the rise to 16 in 9/99. so all the usual admonitions about buy and hold are true but i'm totally opportunistic on this play..and it looks like i'll lose altho i'll hold for the reaction after the deal and sales figures come in.
