EMC agreed to buy SWRX (38% CCEE owned) for $10 per share. Cash value of SWRX stake per CCEE share=$3.55. Also note that on Sep 30 quarter end, CCEE announced they have $13.7mln cash (66 cents per share) and only $7.94mln (38 cents per share)in liabilities. Therefore before including other assets (property, patents, royalties, inventories etc) CCEE is valued at $3.84 per share!!!
