JGoren- Since Nextwave isn't publicly traded, it sounds like Nextwave is counting on getting the Koreans or some other large blocks to buy into the Tender Offer. Or is this just a ploy to get the Bankruptcy court to think the spectrum is worth a lot more than $1 billion. What is your interpretation of what is going on? Tom
