Hi steve, a question I posed on another thread,

Good morning Frank, To me the central question is whether or not a party not involved in a bankruptcy proceeding can enter into the proceeding to "cure the default" in a hostile fashion.
Another interesting question that's raised is,"Would the FCC, after insisting on the payment of $4.7 billion be able to turn down a solution from Nextwave that promised to pay the entire amount. They could insist on a "all cash" offer but could they raise the stakes. I don't see how in a BK proceeding.
I believe NXTL is petitioning for more spectrum elsewhere, cuold this be jockeying?

What's your take?
