Hello Glenn, first let me say it's very tough to watch this sort of thing, especially when investors put their financial interests in company A, only to find that their fortunes are being controlled by company B.

Final blow off? Let me know if you find out. For right now I'm on the sidelines with networking stocks (I own LU, but I consider it to be more diversified), the problem that I see is that there will be a lot of overhead resistance in these stocks, as the shareholders that got in at higher levels continue to make their exit on any rallies. I frankly do not know what the impetus will be that will drive the stock price of COMS forward here except higher growth and subsequent earnings, but COMS seems to have done a very good job of dampening future expectations in that regard. Add to the mix the Intel entrance into the fray and you have just that much more motivation for the exodus. This USRX/COMS deal has been a hard pill to swallow indeed. bp
