Hi Vaughn. The Northern Miner story is pretty indept and it came out on 2 march and 24 March edition. Both indicate a year or less timeframe for a producing mine. The Business world comment of six months to production came around the same time. It was on the quick business news segment that airs approx every half hour. This came during a big volume increase. Sorry dont remember the date.
I can elaborate further on the Northern Miner stories if you require more info.
