This enthusiastic supporter of investing in disk drives and WDC in particular made similar observations when WDC was $18. Timing is everything. Sooner or later even a broken clock will tell the right time. It is currently under $4. beta.siliconinvestor.com Great prophets are often ahead of their time. ; ) The various zalesky messages from the index between those above are instructive as any of us can be baited into defending the indefensible. Frankly, I think the future looks bright for a diversified position in storage stocks. I like SEG, MXTR, SNDK and EMC. However, I am sitting on my pom-poms for now. I reluctantly point out someone else's public misfortune only because it helps explain why many of us may take the opposite tack preferring to play our cards closer to the vest. And perhaps more importantly it explains why every SIer must take take anything posted here with a grain of salt.
