By the way $797,077.00/48,863 shares is $16.312 Now I looked at the MTLS chart and on 2/24/97 MTLS wasn't near $16.312 (2/24/97 between $13 & $14 1/2) Although it was near $16.312 the first week in February. So perhaps the form-144 is the intent to sell and the actual sales price (within 90s I guess) is $16.312 But that doesn't explain the "2/24/97" form-144 file date as $16.312 isn't consistent with that date. I asked the Edgar people what "JAFCO-G3-IEP" means and they suggested calling MTLS. Have you ever called MTLS' investor relations? I have, several times. Left messages, no reply. By the way MTLS's decline started in mid March where she fell from $14ish to today's $7 ish so those February form-144s were good timing.
