esec: Are you now coming out in favor of the merger? Personally still debating my vote but tending to go along to affect change in company management. Question is - will it affect it for the better? Pearson will now control 60% so individual virtually NO more input. Why are co-CEO's selling out this way? Couldn't understand their filing about the new company they set up to hold the shares. Is this just a way to defer taxes? What role will co-CEO's play in new company as board members?
