I sold my EGRP at 27 11/16 and picked up the same amount of TBFC at 27 9/16. Yes, I know I could have bought TBFC when they were discounted $7 but that's history and we know what Henry Ford said about that. It is true that after Jan 1, 2000 that the two companies could modify the terms of the deal, but I doubt that because of the impact it might have on the regulatory agency's position.
