If the nicotine market is as huge as claimed and I have already a hot and very profitable selling product on hand with GUMM/Zicam technology then I do not need uncle Carl from Sweden.

In return for his $10 million investment and 51% of my future profits originating in my own backyard.

Nothing wrong or circumspect with that line of thought.
