Tip, I think the judge will do something about April, when tech stocks are at their lows. But MSFT seems ripe for something nasty to happen. After all, they are guilty as hell on all charges. The bulls state that breaking up the co. is not possible or that it would make it even a better buy. I love that last one. <g> But what about regulating price at the co.? That's what I would do. Make them the equivalent of a Freddie Mac or a Fannie Mae, with similar multiples.
