FWIW - I see the Federal approval of the merger, assuming no substantial divestitures or destructive spinoffs, as almost analagous to the QCOM defining event --- the ERICY cave by purchasing the infrastructure business - that set up the Q rocket - IMHO, that will happen here to GMST when the Feds say "YES" - to quote Marv Albert -
