Media Concepts Inc. Names New Corporate Director
and Corporate Counsel
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 22, 1999--Media Concepts Inc. (OTC BB:MDCE) today announced the appointment of Sandro Lanni, to the Board of Directors. At the same time, the Company announced Mr. Lanni as the
Company's general counsel.
Sandro Lanni holds a Bachelor of Science as well as a Juris Doctorate. He is currently an executive of a privately held electronics distributor. He previously held a position as General Manager of a $12,000,000 subsidiary of Batteries Batteries (Nasdaq:BATS - news) specializing in custom battery products. His professional experience includes Operations and Sales Management at consumer electronics accessories manufacturers, and medical device manufacturers. In these positions he played key roles in establishing both strategic customer and supplier agreements which increased overall sales and bottom line
performance. Some of his previous strategic partners include Sony Electronics, Fujitsu PC and Hitachi U.S.A. His legal and
professional background, have allowed him to achieve excellent results in negotiating key partnerships with customers and suppliers.
