I would agree. ACRT management faces new challenges. No one in management has experience in building a small company to $1 billion in sales. However, no management would have experience with the TAD Program. Mgt has instituted a sales training program, recently hired 4 new sales people and is looking for more. They are building their distribution sales team by sales team. There does not seem to be any other way, because the sales teams educate their customers in how to use the TAD Program in their businesses. The sales teams do NOT make hard sales.

No question about it. Hiring the right people is key. ACRT's management knows the challenges in building the infrastructure to build a much bigger enterprise.

My best wishes are with ACRT.
