I was not going to bring up the topic of cabrita/cabrito, but since you did, a couple of days ago I was shopping at a large discount grocery, and noticed, for the first time ever, goat legs in the meat cooler, with a hand-made sign saying "goat legs - cabrito." I wonder if it's a Christmas tradition for Latin Americans? If so, tell your goats they are lucky to live in Canada.

I keep forgetting to mention that during that same shopping trip I noticed that the bottled water section, some 25 ft. long, was almost cleaned out.
